A very private villa, it has the benefit of a wonderful view over the Menorcan countryside at the rear.

The beautiful Balearic island of Menorca, the furthest east of the Balearic group, is a place of calm and charm, with magical landscapes and deserted beaches, many of which can only be reached on foot. Declared a Biosphere Reserve by UNESCO in 1993, it is protected against the scourge of development which has overrun its neighbours and is instead home to untouched coastlines, deep gorges, or barrancs, where you'll find some of Europe's rarest flowers.

Visitors will find a wealth of interesting sights to see on this unique island. There are beautiful beaches, historical monuments, medieval towns and picturesque ports. As Menorca is a relatively flat island it is great for walking and bike riding, and has fantastic diving. Nowhere is far away - you can drive top to bottom in 20 mins and across in 35 mins, so there's no excuse for staying in one place!
