Your Arrival

We like to make sure your arrival is a pleasant experience......... Having holidayed on Menorca for many years, and now residents, we know what it means to be treated well on your arrival.

You can arrive any time from 14.00hrs on a Friday (please respect this time; we need every minute on a Friday!), but you need to depart by 10.00hrs on a Friday too (ditto!). This gives us a chance to prepare the villa for the following holidaymakers, looking forward to their holiday as much as you were when you arrived.

We use a highly reputable management company, who we have worked with for more than five years, to present our villa to you in the best way possible, and they are available to answer any questions you may have during normal office hours. In an emergency they are available to help if the problem is property related, otherwise you may need to consider what your options are, e.g. do you need to dial 112 - the free-to-call International Emergency Services number, operational in Europe and the UK too - the operators speak English.

We know what it's like to arrive at 10pm and not have the bare essentials in the house, or the necessities of life in the fridge, and so we've endeavoured to pre-empt your needs based on our own experience.....
